Human resources are a key source of sustainable competitive advantage and considered as one the substantial factors for an organization’s success. No organization can survive without its human resources. Understanding employees’ needs, desires, satisfaction is essential. Organizational managers consider financial non-financial compensation service. There need practical look at field nursing service compensation, especially in healthcare system.
